But the good quality built in microphone is rendered useless if you plan to use it while using a full screen application such as a game. Simply because they did not put on a mute button for the built in mic. I contacted customer services about this who told me I have close the current window to go to windows control panel click 'sound' the click the 'recording tab' go to the right click on the mic and choose properties click on the 'levels tab' then finally click the mute/ un-mute microphone button each time I want to mute or un-mute. Which is a shame, because the mute button that is on it actually mutes sound output only which is pointless because you can just turn the dial down to zero. Would have been 5 stars if not for such a colossal oversight and unclear description on this subject.
