The cover is misleading,
This review is from: The Torso (Inspector Irene Huss Investigation) (Paperback)
I read part of this book in Swedish, enough to know that the cover illustration is all wrong. The original title is "The Tattooed Torso", and it's male, not female, with no head or limbs attached -- found by a woman walking her dog along the beach. Irene has to track down the tattoo, the only identifying mark, by going to Copenhagen and visiting the numerous tattoo parlors there. Looks like another complicated case for Inspector Irene Huss.

Although it's truly annoying to have misleading cover, I would have liked some comments about the book... not only about the cover!

It is a pity that the previous reviewer got so hung up about the cover illustration - there was a subsequent torso which was female.
Notwithstanding this point - I thought the book was outstanding; there was depth to the characters and I enjoyed the suspense created by Helene Tursten
5 stars from me - although it seems I can't add any!
