This book is beautiful. Full of faultless and delicious recipes that you'll find yourself going back to again and again. You can also feel you're in safe hands with Liz's food because she clearly knows what she is talking about when it comes to nutrition.
I'm vegan but a meat-eating friend of mine chose to use one of the recipes when she was hosting a dinner for other omnivores and she got so many compliments it's now a mainstay in her repertoire.
I hope there's more to come from Liz. Do yourself a favour and buy this book.
