This book is a real little gem that can be dipped into and returned to time and time again. The diverse facts and anecdotes never cease to amaze as you work your way through the book. Worth noting that his book is not just for foodie folk but for those who like a spot of history too. I am afraid my foodie friends have no choice as a copy will be arriving for their coffee tables soon!
