Customer Review

The driving is great, but as a racing game it falls flat, they shouldn't call it the real driving simulator but the Real catch up simulator, as the only thing you do is catching up cars, you mostly start last and your objective is catching up cars 1 by one.... even in rally races? This was ok in the 90's with GT1 - 2 now it's getting old and start to miss real races with an AI that fights, here the AI doesn't seem to know you are there.
You have a lot of cars but many are missing, and why do we need 50 different mazda mx-5's? nissan has this same illness sure that is an easy way to promote and say we have 1200 cars in the game while you have 30 models that have 20 copy and paste models but with different paintings.

The thing I really liked is the new tracks, it's a breath of fresh air and as i said the driving itself. but you really miss the sense of a racing game, why are there no qualifications? Why no complete championships in each category for example? why catch up cars especially in rally races? So many things that could be changed, It could be a master hit game, but no they mess up with their design mode. They have even karting so why not a proper career mode where you start a kart championship at age of 12 and they go up and have career choices to go to gt, F1, nascar, or all. Nope just catch up races over and over and over again.
