I like zombies. I don't like all zombies, prefer them slow, non-sentient and relentless. Not terribly keen on short stories.
This is a compendium of various imaginings of the zombie myth, all quite different. Not all are great works of fiction. A couple are quite frankly, awful.
Best of the bunch (for me) was 'Naming of the Parts', a British based novella about a young boy on the run with his parents, it's written from the boy's perspective and is a rivetting, sleep depriving read. There are a couple of other light-hearted reads etc. On the whole this is a mixed bunch, something for everyone but with a fluctuating quality.
