Really REALLY good value for money, this bike! I think Amazon need to change the title though - it's not manufactured by Raleigh, but is designed and distributed by them. Having said that, the frame is extremely well made for a bike in this price range.
Just a few points - as others have said, the rear tyre was on backwards, and the seat is very basic. You will need to attach the front wheel, pedals, seat and slot the handlebars into the top of the forks. Also the bearings are dry, so will need greasing up on assembly - this is normal for a 'flat-pack' bike, though.
The instruction booklet is clear and easy to follow, with excellent full colour photos and pictures
You will need to adjust the gears, and tweak the brakes. In total it took me just half an hour to assemble and have it road-ready - but then I have access to a big workshop with a proper bike stand and tools - if you are assembling this on the patio with the supplied tools it would take about double the time.
I have been using this bike myself now for nearly a month, and it has been superb in every way - really nice to ride, brakes are good and the gears slick. I'm a big guy 6' tall, 120kg ex-rugby player!- and the bike fits me fine (although the seat is at it's upper limit)
Even with the Tyre needing refitting this bike still gets a full 5 stars as it's just sooooooo good for money - at least on a par, if not better, than most £150-£200 bikes I was looking at in Halfrauds.
Don't dally, get one while they're still at £84!!
