This is indeed a beautiful ballet. However the quality of the dvd is very poor. When the movements are slow, there is no problem, but of course there are fast movements as well and then the image becomes blurry. So I do not recommend this dvd for that reason. It is indeed a shame, because, as I said, the quality of the performance is very well indeed.

bad image doesnt know what he/she istalking about. unless you are blind it is perfectly easy to see the ensembles. it is no different to sitting in the circle. this comment from bad image is very misleading. the whole dvd is stunning

Also, I think he is referring to the other version of "Jewels" from Paris. That one had blurry images in fast movement, not this Russian production. Ooops! Better be more careful next time "Jan"!
