I love Bill Granger, who is currently bringing a bit of Aussie sunshine to our dull grey shores here in the UK. This book is in a similar vein to his previous offerings, and might thus not be suitable for those who own more than a couple of his volumes already (the infamous buttermilk pancakes are an obvious example of previously published recipes - however as one of his signature dishes, I suppose that's not entirely unexpected). Recipes are relatively simple to follow and the photography makes them all look delicious. Australian - pan-Asian cuisine dominates as you might predict, but there are also European influences too. Please note that good quality thick board covers mean this is a weighty book (and quite large too).
