The research surrounding the fat soluble vitamins is so very important, I urge everyone to read books / research on Vitamins: D, K2, A as well as minerals such as magnesium and zinc.
Since you're very likely to be deficient in vitamins D and K2 and since deficiencies in these two vitamins are linked to scores of diseases, everyone needs to be clued up.
K2 is likely to be the final piece in the "fat soluble jigsaw puzzle". This book is highly recommended.
