This is a super easy-to-digest marketing book for the small business owner with real life, insightful tips on how to market your products and services to your customer and to add value, so your business becomes a talking point in the positive sense (loved the hairdresser example). It lays the groundwork for a social media strategy, with tips on how to engage with, and keep your customers coming back for more. Jacqueline cuts through the fog of marketing strategy, breaking it down into easily actionable tasks that ultimately will make you more money. This is done in a way that doesn't cause overwhelm. Now that I have read her book, I just to have apply everything to my own micro busineess. What Jacqueline's book has given me is the clarity and confidence to do this. Highly recommended.
