I read this book in one sitting, cover to cover and found that it went over the obvious while acting as an marketing tool for smashwords it's self rather than a stand alone guide. I understand the position of the author as the founder, but I would have appreciated at least some effort to appear relevant to those on the outside.
The main good point however is that as an ebook Coker makes clear that he will be updating the title as things develop and he gains ideas meaning the material in many ways cannot be considered static.
