Not your average vegetarian cookbook!,

This is not your average vegetarian cookbook. The recipes are very simple and easy to follow and the range of ingredients used are very wallet-friendly (if you discount things like chia seeds!) Since cooking from this book and adopting more of a vegetarian diet (meat and fish a couple of times a week), I have found that I have more energy, my skin is brighter and above all I feel far healthier. Notable recipes are the overnight bircher with peaches, the fritters full of greens and a delicious kale, burnt corn and sweet potato salad. I'm recommending to all my friends.
