I was so pleased to find this book. I am gluten intolerant and have gradually removed gluten from my diet, but so many of the gluten free foods are just junk. This book is a breath of fresh air as it explains how you can be gluten free and also heal your gut and eat a much healthier diet.
I have tried several of the recipes and was really impressed, (raspberry and banana ice-cream yum yum) and will be adding a couple more to my diet on a regular basis soon.
If you suffer digestive complaints, bloating or lethargy get this book and try gluten free, you may be pleasantly surprised.
