I bought the B&W Zeppelin Mini expecting a high quality, reliable product. From the outset, I experienced the unit shutting itself off after 30-60 minutes. At first I put it down to my old iPod touch and switched the Z.Mini back on. This happened every time I used the unit, and was especially irritating when having dinner parties and the Zeppelin Mini would suddenly switch off. I sent an email to B&W Technical Support and was sent a link via email to upload new firmware to my Zeppelin Mini. This upload did not work, since additional software was missing. A friend who is a developer tried and said there was an issue with the link. This inconvenience was least of my priorities, however I finally decided to take it to John Lewis technical support to take it up with B&W. John Lewis sent the unit off, it has been at B&W for 4 weeks, and I picked it today having been informed it has been repaired. I use the Zeppelin Mini 2 hours ago, and the PROBLEM of switching itself off is still there - B&W did not fix the problem - I am totally dissatisfied and need B&W to fulfil their obligations.
