My main problem with this DVD is that there is no warm up, it just goes straight into very intensive exercises. I'm not an expert but I thought you could risk injury if you didn't warm up properly. These exercises stretch the muscles until they shake and I ached for about 3 days after each section. On the plus side the instructions were easy to follow. I didn't realise until it started that I needed weights. However, I did the exercises without using weights and still found it quite tough. I wouldn't recommend this for beginners but it could be good for somebody who is already quite fit and wants a bit of extra toning.
