This is the best book I have ever read on losing weight. I particularly love the fact that it's not about dieting - I think most of us know by now that dieting doesn't work and this is a central message of the author's book. Maggie James is clearly an expert on nutrition and she loves her food! She will help you to change your eating habits and lose weight in a sustainable and enjoyable way. I particularly liked the chapter on why some people find it harder to lose weight than others.
