I really enjoyed this. I've learned so much about a hill I've climbed many times, and will enjoy my subsequent ascents so much more because of it. It's actually a very comprehensive guide book in every area, except perhaps rock climbing, which it covers in a fairly cursory two pages. As a walking guide it covers all the main routes with just the right amount of detail. The maps aren't great, and annoyingly don't include the features mentioned in the route descriptions, but if you carry an Ordnance Survey map, as you should, this doesn't matter. It includes geology and wildlife, but the most interesting sections for me were the ones on the history of Snowdon, which are full of fascinating anecdotes.
