Customer Review

on 4 July 2013
The book is written in a clear, concise and unpatronizing style with
carefully crafted, digestible, bite-sized chapters complemented with
questions and worked answers. It's a great and timeless entry point to
both OCaml and the world of (functional) programming.

Not the unique, but certainly the first book you want to read, whether
to learn OCaml as a programmer -- it will be quick and straight to the
point -- or to teach yourself (functional) programming with a decent
programming language. A very good companion to the "Try OCaml"
website.
