I really found this a most valuable little book. Not only for the information about the diet and the way it could be incorporated in a vegetarian way of eating, but for the extra information about 'Mindful Eating'. And not only 'Mindful Eating', but really, 'Mindful Living' in general - a really interesting chapter. It has made me think about the way I am approaching the 5:2 regime, and I have become much more conscious of the food I am putting in my mouth. Thank you, Polly.
