Capable, but I didn't feel it's as good as the reviews made it out to be.,

I've had the Nexus 7 for about six months now. It's great that it integrates with the Google environment. It's quick getting updates. Screen resolution is fantastic. You can read any other review to find out more.
There are a few things that bug me though.
-Slow speed. It's not as fast as I would have liked. I sometimes wonder if I'd have prefered a Kindle Fire with it's 2ghz+ speed. My LG G2 phone puts this to shame.
-No HDMI connectivity. You need a special cable to output the micro USB to HDMI. Can only assume the lack of a mini HDMI socket was a ploy for Google to sell the Chromecast instead as an accessory.
-Touch responsiveness. With a matt screen protector, its was terrible. Unusable. With a clear one, it's sluggish. With no screen protector, it's buggy. I've had two devices, both the same. My recent phones, Samsung Galaxy S2, S2 and LG G2 never missed a screen press.
