Not fit for purpose,
This review is from: simplehuman Mini Dishrack (Kitchen & Home)
We bought our first one of these in the Autumn of last year and the moveable draining channel broke within a couple of weeks - the screw attaching it simply snapped in half. It had been doing a fairly decent job, so we accepted a replacement, which a couple of months on, has also broken (same issue). The cutlery holder has a design fault - the drainage holes are opposite the side that attaches to the rack so you either have to accept water will drain away onto your work surface, defeating the object of having a drainage set up to pour into the sink OR put the cutlery holder inside the drainer, limiting the amount of space left for your washing up. Gunk quickly collects in the drainage channel at the bottom and once disconnected, the removable drainage part is hellish to refix - we treated our very delicately given it's fragile nature.
It is a nice idea poorly executed (a bit like our kitchen worktop which has a sink but no drainer, hence our need for something like this) and I am returning our to the shop we bought it from next week. Fortunately they offer a lifetime refund guarantee...
