Great, easy - a good purchase,

I'm annoyed that I have to use a scanner at all (why not just send me stuff by email?), but given the fact that I need to scan quite a few things, I need a scanner. I had an earlier Canon scanner that worked OK, but took too much space sitting on my desktop. I bought this one on the basis that it was small. I've found it convenient from a size perspective, but it is also easy to hook up, scans great and even the included software is OK. Speed is good and really useful to be able to scan front/back at same time. Only slight negative point was that it claimed to support Mac, but it doesn't support Mac out of the box and I had to go to the web to figure out how to make it work.

Say if I wanted to scan say 20 pages, could I load them all then press Scan and it would do one after another or would I have to click save after each page has been scanned or can I do that at the end when all 20 are scanned? Thanks

Yes, I think you can. I've been using the scanner for a while now and I'm happy with it, but I usually just feed the pages in one at a time as they scan fairly quickly.

Hi, you said you had to search the web to get it working on a MAC. Before I decide on buying this would you mind sending me the link that had the MAC instructions? Thanks

Sorry - was too long ago now. I remember that it wasn't too much hassle (and I'm not a tech expert). Possibly not even an issue now if various drivers etc have been updated. Mine is still here on my desk and working fine.
