This review is from: A God Who Hates: The Courageous Woman Who Inflamed the Muslim World Speaks Out Against the Evils of Radical Islam (Hardcover)
This book is a straight inquiry into the subject and extremely politically incorrect. But this direct view on the subject was desperately needed. I have been restless ever since I read "The Koran", as it had turned all my thinking upside down. I wanted to know how to understand the religion of Islam in positive light? I failed. I had always believed that Islam like all other religions must be a religion of Peace until I started to read about it. Alas, it doesn't seem to be! It's sad, but it's true! Wafa has brilliantly portrayed how the teaching of the religion has permanently damaged the healthy thoughts of the followers and how constructive, free and creative thinking is impossible in the Islamic World (unless it is plagiarised). I can only feel sad for the Muslims. True, other religions and their institutions had also damaged the societies and humanity such as Hinduism and my own religion of Sikhism (for example Caste System by Hindus and violence by some Sikhs). But when I read the scriptures of these religions such as New Testament, Vedas & Upnishads, Dhammapada, Granth Sahib etc and the stories of the founders (Jesus, Various, Buddha, Nanak) my conclusion is the same - not the religions but people erred and they errected the filthy institutions themselves for strange / unknown reasons. The scriptures and founders had actually attempted to destroy hate in order to propagate rational and compassion thinking (towards all). Followers are guided with Love and Compassion and then set free to manage their affairs. But this is not the case with Islam, unfortunately.
Well done Wafa!! Not only Islam will be brought to Justice but filth from all the other religions and societies will be questioned and hopefully removed. What you have triggered is rational and intelligent thinking and not venom against the Muslims.

Thank you for giving a comparison with a variety of other religions - you have obviously made quite a study of this issue and it shows in your thoughtful review.
