This DVD splits up the workout into 10 minute sections. It focuses on areas so if you just want to workout the abs or bum, then just go for those workouts. The instructor gives clear concise guides and encouragement throughout, even though each segment she uses a different outfit, so if you watch it as an all out program, it looks disjointed.
The activities look easy, but just try them and you will find that it does start burning the fat as the muscles start. If you have not exercised for ages, then only do this in stages to start and build up so that over a few weeks you can do a 10 minute section. Some of the activities the instructor uses light weights, but you can get away without using some but will not quite be the same effect.
Overall a good DVD to burn the fat.
