This is a very good guide for people counting the carbs and calories and are diabetic. Plenty of pictures to help you with portion size. The only criticism is that with some foodstuffs you are given the cooked weight, when you really need the uncooked weight, otherwise you end up either cooking too much or not enough. Would recommend to anyone you don't have to be diabetic.
