As someone desiring to become an entrepreneur, I was on the look-out for books that would help me generate good business ideas and guide me on the journey. The title of this book caught my attention and I got a copy. I was immediately drawn in by the narrative style with which the author Andrii Sedniev gets his message across. I found this book very easy to read as the chapters flowed well. This book is full of useful information and offers several unique techniques for generating ideas for business, in a refreshing way. The author provides simple, easy exercises that you can practice immediately based on theories that are not complex. He explains his techniques in a short but effective manner. The author starts the book by discussing why it is important to separate one's thinking into 3 stages i.e. the Dreamer stage, the Realist stage and the Critic stage, when trying to generate a business idea. He then proceeds to explain his various techniques. Andrii discusses the technique of asking the right question noting that questions should be specific and action oriented to generate excellent ideas. He explains in depth the benefits of the subconscious mind, rest and sleep, in generating ideas. He encourages the reader to "think inside the box" and use the "transformer" method to challenge the status quo in order to create new ideas for business. I found the $100 hour exercise explained in this book very useful. This is a concept I've never heard of but which is simple and achievable. This involves thinking for 1 hour on how to generate $100. I tried this exercise and found it effective. I have no reservations in recommending this book to others. It is a great book useful not only for business but also in generating creative ideas for life in general.
