Customer Review

on 5 January 2013
An enjoyable book to anyone interested in the characters behind the SAS and their exploits - but to my mind, the background and events marred by the ever-increasing element of self justification and explanations in mitigation that creep in.
More and more ex SAS members are leaping onto the lucrative bandwagon of telling "their story" and almost inevitably, the standards are going to decrease, because it is but a new slant n the same story as related by many others before.
Perhaps the most interesting elements rlate to the composition of the man behind the events, rather than the events themselves..
