A brilliant book!,

I am one of those people who never have time to do yoga but always feel better afterwards.
With this book you can choose your own regime and session times. The photos are clear and the tips to take you into poses correctly enable you to get the very best out of the pose and the session.
I particularly like the use of the wall and chairs which means you can try the most tricky of poses and work on getting them right, very important when you are not in a class with a teacher present.
This book is as good as it gets for practicing at home.
