Customer Review

on 27 February 2012
Bought the original vinyl album after seeing The Vibrators live several times in the punk hey-day. An all too brief moment in time, just glad I was there! Thank God for CD's though as I had played my way through 3 of the vinyl's. To this day this remains one of my favourite albums regardless of genre. They certainly live up to the name - frantic guitars with some fine solo work from John Ellis (surely one of the better 'punk' guitarists), steady base and machine gun drumming from Eddie. Stand out tracks have to be 'Baby, Baby, Baby', 'London Girls', 'Whips & Furs' and 'Wrecked on You'. That said there is not a duff track on the whole album. And for those you want punk without some of the bile this album is a must buy.
