Oh dear. What on earth is going on with Matt Dunn? His last book was way too long, and this seems just the same. I love contemporary 'Bloke-lit', but i really can't see how Matt can expect to hold our attention for 377 pages, with such a weak story. Some good one-liners, but it's all staring to feel a bit 'samey'. I actually found the whole thing boring after 250 pages.
Trim it down in future, Matt: You're not Tolkien.
