These Prop Guards are for the original Phantom using 8" propellers. The Phantom 2 (Vision) are fitted with 9" propellers out of the box so the guards come up short!
There's a good video guide on YouTube (not sure if I'm allowed to link it here) titled 'Phantom 2 Vision Propeller Guards, Training Wheels #6' by DJI TV. This video shows what the guards will look like fitted with 9" propellers.
It would have been helpful if this product had been described as not being universally suitable; I had no idea the Phantom used smaller blades (though it can also handle 9" props apparently). So, the product isn't going to completely protect either the craft, people or property from collision. Hopefully it'll prove better than nothing at least until DJI (or someone else) release a slightly larger version.

I'll try and update this review if appropriate.
UPDATE: Sorry for the delay. A 9" Phantom 2 (Vision) propeller guard has been released by DJI and it's good for 9" propellers of course. It fits exactly the same way so will work to protect 9" propellers on the original Phantom model also (if you're using 9" propellers of course). The larger 9" props offer greater stability (good for getting smoother video footage) and are meant to increase flying time duration. The smaller 8" ones are great for increased speed and fast maneuverability though this isn't really what you'd want if you're filming of course.
