This is a great twist on a home workout. I was getting bored with yoga- and dance-based videos. This teaches some simple but genuinely fun and powerful martial arts moves that I can believe you could really use in self defence. It gets your heart rate up and makes you ache the next day. My only complaint is that in a few routines even the instructors gets the moves wrong, which makes like hard for the beginner who is already struggling to get a grip on which order to do things in. She laughs these moments off, but they're a bit irritating. Will be fine once I know the routine better. This DVD offers a full hour work out or the T3 30 minute high intensity work out. The soundtrack is GREAT and really puts a spring in your step and growl on your face! I am quite fit already and this definitely pushed me in the cardiovascular sense, so I recommend it even to workout junkies!
