The general misery got on my nerves.,
This review is from: In the Stillness (Kindle Edition)
I could only really recommend this book if you have a desire to understand the perspective of a self harmer, or you don't have a job that involves listening to other people's problems.
The first half of this book is made up of rows, crying and cutting. Not the escapism I enjoy from a book. The second half moves forward at a painfully slow pace and the conclusion is fairly predictable.
Overall I expected to enjoy it more given how highly it was recommended to me.
