Already have the 12litre version of this pressure cooker and they are so easy to use One word of warning for beginners, myself included, is normally the contents come to pressure fairly quickly so if we are waiting inordinately long, turn off the heat, unlock the lid and tighten the pressure valve inside (wee red thing). This has to be done on both of my cookers with some regularity so it would be good practice to check this from time to time. I will try to heed my own advice here!
