Having been a vegetarian for some ten years, I understand how it is to become comfortable in a groove. This book, like Yotam Ottolenghi's 'Plenty', is a real wake-up call, an inspiration and a revelation. The recipes are smart, inventive and original. My biggest personal delight was in discovering the breakfast section and wondering why more cookbooks don't have this. I can't recommend 'For the Love of Food' highly enough.
