This review is from: A Venetian Journal (Hardcover)
This book is a swizz. I contains no more than aboout 20 recipes, all from 'Venezia', the rest of it comprises blank pages. If you are looking for a journal to write down your impressions of venetian cuisine whilst sat in a cafe opposite St Marks Cathedral then this is the book for you, but I'd immagine that's a pretty limited market. This is not a cookery book.

Er... It's a *journal*! It's like buying a diary and expecting it to be already full of entries...
