Sometimes you have to wonder what on earth goes through the heads of the people responsible for putting together compilations such as this. D Train's "You're The One For Me" is generally held to be one of the most important and influential dance records of all time, and would probably be the main selling point of this album for 90% of prospective buyers. So it would be reasonable to expect that one track to be present in all its 1981 glory, wouldn't it? WRONG!! For some unfathomable reason, the version chosen for this release is the inferior "Labor of Love" remix which I seem to recall dating from the mid-80s or so. Fine if they'd included it as a bonus track (which there is room for on the CD), but instead of?? Please!! Don't get me wrong, it's a great CD otherwise, but that one inexplicable track choice renders the whole thing pretty pointless. Far better to just buy the original "You're The One For Me" which sells for around the same price.
