Men love pies, girls like hummus, well i have to disagree with that as i love love love pies and hate hummus but apart from that little error its a fab cookbook

I would agree with the term gastro pub being used on reviews as i feel this best sums up the style given here and it makes for not only a great read but is full of ideas i cant wait to try. something for every skill level and something to tempt all taste buds i would suspect.written in an easy going way without barking recipe orders at you which i loved . this is an all round good cook book that would appeal to all styles of home chefs and all budgets
