Customer Review

on 13 November 2011
I've had one of these for a while and wouldn't recommend it except as a recipe for frustration. The only reason I opted for it was I am in a newly built flat and didn't want to pay BT a fortune to connect a landline for ADSL. If you really have no other option it might work for you, but there is no way I would recommend it. I think to call it "broadband" is somewhat misleading and mine often doesn't even provide 3G, reverting to superslow GPRS despite choosing the "3G only" option in the software. I live two minutes away from a big mobile mast! Actually the software itself is particularly terrible and impossible to update it seems.
