As much as I respect Cooper, this book contains far too much supporting evidence presented, in entirety, within it's pages. It becomes disjointed and dull as a result of this. The flow of the book would have better if all the evidence was either referenced or appendicised for the reader to look up or check-out once a picture has been created by the author. Too many times I found myself reading a 'dry as dust' document for pages and pages wondering what the authors view was of the significance. Dissapointed.
