A good read,
This review is from: Wait For Me!: Memoirs of the Youngest Mitford Sister (Hardcover)
I found this a thoroughly good read. She comes across as very 'take me a I am' and shows all aspects of her personality; from her warmth and humour; to her snippets of 'downright snobbery' and enjoyment of country pursuits.
There is lots of name dropping, which is very interesting because she gives an everyday, human perspective of people we see as untouchable dignitries.
It gives a great insight into the way the other half live and their attitudes.
