I love this type of ring and was buying this to replace a similar one I lost. The only size available was large size fine.I received it and it just fitted my little finger which was strange because I have a few Lola Rose rings and size L fits. I contacted Amazon to return it and after a fairly long conversation established that it might be to do with the ring being part of a range for people from countries in the East for example ( Japan? where people are a bit smaller?) I was a bit annoyed that this fact had been omitted from the advert but never mind. The process of returning seemed streamlined luckily. So I packed it up, printed off return labels and then realised an expensive ring might not be best in the post. I contacted Amazon who offered a courier and I gratefully accepted. I waited in all day for the collection by courier but no one turned up. I rang Amazon who rearranged the day to three days later (bank hol) . I rang the courier company to ask why they did not show and the woman said (after taking time to check) that the courier got lost!!! Ever heard of asking someone?! Courier turned up in the afternoon - annoyed when I asked for a receipt but its gone and I am just waiting for a refund. Usually no problems with Amazon ie with book orders.
