This is a fantastic piece of kit! We have just made 24 apple and toffee pies and 48 mini buns for bonfire night. The pastry has cooked to perfection and the buns are even throughout. A little tip for you: I couldn't find cooking times for the buns so if you usually bake 12 for about 17 minutes on 180-190 degrees c then these take (in petit four cases) around 12 minutes at 180 degrees c. I can't wait to make mini mince pies for Christmas and might have to buy another one now my husband has used it!

Very useful to have a suggested baking temperature and baking time. Feel the product would be so much better with this addition.
