yep, works well as a bear trimmer and the vacuum sucks most of the hair into the little easy-to empty thingy. theres still a few bits to wipe off the sink afterwards but hey.
the swivel wheel on the front controls the cutting length down to 1mm only - if you want to go lower than this you have to take the nice big guard off and you are left with the blades but shielded to .5mm. I use this setting on my head and it takes a while as its only about an inch wide, but there's not much on the market that would do beard and head well with a vacuum.
so essentially I ma happy with the purchase.
One thing - the connector on the cable doesnt "click" in to the socket on the shaver, leaving quite a loose connection when you are charging it, so beware you dont leave it as a little knock could render your charging time wasted. on the plus side, it doesnt take very long to charge in the first place (big tick for me as I cant plan ahead) and the charge is lasting for ages between shaves. bonza.
