The strength of this book is that Richard really understands what goes on in companies- the plethora of situations from the board meeting to the full show to the psychology of the different audiences. It is a really handy and very very practical book and written in such a way that it is 2 evenings of very enjoybale but very useful information. I have to present a lot and I also have to counsel Executives and Directors as to how to improve their performance. I thought I knew it all- This book has taught me so very much more.
This book is a must for anyone who does communications in any way in business- and that is most of us!
