Customer Review

on 15 March 2003
As many readers of erotica, especially those into the erotic side of power relationships will know, there have been many novels based on the subject; but few that have the emotional power and impact of Pauline Reage's "The Story Of O". Well, the Sisters Of Severcy is one book that fairly achieves that accolade. I found this book to contain all of the suspence, the erotic power and the journey into the pschye of Reage's work. Put simply, I loved it - there is plenty of the erotic, but with a mind behind it and that is a powerful combination. The story itself is quite sufficient to sustain the readers interest and serve as a medium for the painting of the characters and their interplay.
The only drawback - I've been waiting for many years for the sequel that is crying out to be written!
