Mandatory for an MBA but not good for someone trying to manage organisational change,

This book remains a staple book for MBA students and provides an interesting academic insight in to change and ways of categorising change. However it is not a book if you want to develop skills in managing change and only manages to regurgitate some rather tired ideas of change. The models used are dull and uninspired and there are a lot of better "change management" books out there. Steer clear if you are looking for nuggets of help and information to improve your change management skills.
