Customer Review

on 7 October 2013
An utterly believable Merlin, portrayed as seer, engineer and adviser rather than magician, and so much the better for it. If you want swords and sorcery there are other authors. This is a Dark Ages tale of what could have happened, given that we know precious little about that time.

I bought this book in the 70's and it's beginning to fall apart through the frequent readings so I was delighted to find it for my Kindle.
