This review is from: How to... eat the Weight Watchers Way (WeightWatchers Switch) (Paperback)
This book is full of fantastic recipes that always turn out well, and are so delicious that it is hard to believe they are not just non-fattening, but will help in achieving weight loss. The clever use of low-fat or fat-free ingredients takes away the "naughty" element, and the author has a great way with spices and herbs to make these dishes really tasty. The Roast Pork Loin with Ratatouille with a creamy mustard sauce is a family favourite, as is the Chicken Kashmiri, which is a mildly spiced yet aromatic chicken dish that is superb. There are ideas for easy lunches, one-pot dishes and special occasions. Definitely one of my favourite cookbooks at the moment and highly recommended.
